1、 对来店客人首先致欢迎辞:

①welcome you to cansar holiday inn :欢迎您光临凯撒皇宫假日酒店;

②或者说it is our pleasure to have you at the XX hotel:您光临XX酒店,我们感到非常荣幸。

这种说法更正式。

2、 当客人休息时为客人选择饮用些什么时,可以说:

①can I help you? 可以为您效劳吗?

②或者说 what would you like? coffee or tea? 您喝点什么?是咖啡还是茶?

3、 一些简单的饮品我们应该熟记,以便与客人沟通,例如:smart 醒目、

cocalela 可口可乐、evian依云、 watsons water屈臣氏、 ice tea冰红茶、 green tea绿茶、orangeace鲜橙多、 vitamin drink脉动(维生素饮料)、 deer啤酒等。

4、 为客人推销按摩时,我们应该说:

①I would suggest you try massage/foot reflexology !我建议您做一个按摩/足疗!

②或者直接说you need massage?您需要按摩吗?room on comolemen tary.房间免费。

5、 叫醒服务时,我们应该说:

①do you need woken up tomrrow morning? 您需要明早叫醒吗?

②at what time shall we call you? 我们应该什么时候叫您起床?

6、 当客人休息好要走时,我们可以说:have a good rest? 休息好了吗?

7、 当客人需要时可以说:we have a double at ¥80 and ¥100. a vailable

which one would you prefer? 我们有价位在80元/100元的房间,您喜欢哪一种呢?

我们的房间为时间点制,开房费前要先告诉客人:check_out time is 12:00 noon. 退房的时间为中午12点。
