老人与海英文读后感

The Old Man and the Sea is one of Hemingway's most enduring wors and

may very well become one of the true classics of this generation. It played an

impotrant part in his winning the Pulizer Prize in 1953 and the 1954 Novel Prize

for Literature and confirmed his power and prence in the literary world.

Hemingway is also one of my favorite writers. Besides The Old Man And the Sea,

I have read some of his other works, such as The Snow of Kilimanijaro. But The

Old Man and the Sea is the one that left the deepest impression on me.

The novel describes a story about a sixty years old nior fisherman, who alone goes to a in one fishing, fished one big fish which actually his boat cannot pull. The nior fisherman waitted veral

days after the fish, only then discovered this was the big marlin which one surpasd the onelf fishing boat veral fold, although knew perfectly well very difficult to win, but still did not give up.

Afterwards and further becau the big marlin`s blood wound brought in veral crowds of shark snatches the food, but the old person still did not give up. Finally he returned to the harbor with the big fish, which surprid other fishermen.

The Old Man and the Sea is the book that can tell us what is the real life and how do we get strong. In real life, we will continue to suffer tbacks, the failure of many negative emotions, many people are so negati

ve, loss the courage of life. The Old Man and the Sea "depicts a struggle with the a, in a difficult environment, struggling to live in old fisherman. However,
