The integrity of Buyer/Vendor relationship paves the way for an honest exchange of critical information. A relationship bad on anything el do not benefit our Members/Customers! Everything we do must benefit our Members/Customers.
采购员和供应商之间的清廉关系是彼此真诚合作的基础。基于其他方面的关系对于我们的会员及客户都是不利的，我们所做的一切都是从我们的会员及客户的利益出发。

All associates of the company do not accept for their personal benefit gifts, gratuities ,tips cash, samples etc. from anyone buying from us or lling to us, or in any way rving our company.
公司政策
所有员工不得以私人名义接受客户、供应商或有业务关系的公司的礼品、馈赠、小费、现金、样品等。
We define gifts or gratuities to include: tickets to entertainment events, kickbacks in the form of money or merchandi, special discounts to one of our associates, discounts on no-longer ud samples, vendor paid trips, any gifts, etc.. Any such items received will be returned to the nder at their expen such items received will become the property of Wal-Mart China Company Ltd.
礼品和馈赠包括：免费娱乐，金钱，物品回佣，回扣，样品，旅游，任何礼品等。收到上述礼品都以发送者费用退还或任何上述馈赠均属沃尔玛中国有限公司所有。
Meals are also considered a gratuity. When dining together, the vendor and Wal-Mart China associates must pay for their own meals. This applies to the company general office as well as all other locations. It is also understood that any request from a company associate to a supplier for personal gain or consideration will be reported by you directly to Company Senior Management.
请客也是一种馈赠，与供应商共同进餐时应各付其款，公司总部或分支机构均应遵守此规定。员工以个人名义向供应商提出任何要求都应由本人直接向公司主管汇报。
