In Qin dynasty, there is an evil counlor named Zhao Gao. He wants to rebel, but he doesn’t know how many people will stand by his side. So he wants to test the people.
He prents a deer to the emperor in front of the court, and says that it is a swift hor. The emperor says this is obviously a deer. Then Zhao Gao asks the court, ‘Is this a deer or a hor?’
In the court, mast people do not dare to go against Zhao Gao.They agree with him and say it is a hor. Some people dare to go against Zhao Gao and say it is a deer.
Later, Zhao Gao remembers tho people who don’t agree with him and percutes them to solidify his power.
