Pre-requisite Requirements for BCA Green Mark Platinum Rating 白金奖的获奖必须条件
▪Air-Conditioned Buildings 采暖空调建筑
To demonstrate the stipulated energy savings over its reference model using energy modelling
framework t out by BCA. Details and submission requirements on energy modelling can be
found in the BCA website at v.sg/GreenMark/gmis.html.
通过能耗模拟,证明设计建筑比基准建筑节能。具体建模信息和提交要求详见BCA网址。
Projects should achieve 项目应达到以下要求:
∙At least 25 % energy savings to qualify for Green Mark Gold Plus rating 绿色建筑标志超金奖 – 至少节能25%
∙At least 30 % energy savings to qualify for Green Mark Platinum rating绿色建筑标志白金奖– 至少节能30%
OR
▪Non Air-Conditioned Buildings非采暖空调建筑归口管理部门
U of ventilation simulation software or wind tunnel testing to identify the most effective building design and layout and has implemented the recommendations derived to ensure good natural

Description
M1 Building Envelope 建筑围护结构
Under China national standard in energy efficiency of the buildings, residential development shall achieve at least 50% of energy reduction from energy consumption level of the residential developm
ent built in 1980/81. 按照中国建筑节能国家标准,对住宅类项目而言,与1980或1981年完工的同类项目相比,能耗
应至少降低50%。
M2 Roof 屋面 – U Value (传热系数)
In respect of roofs without skylight, the average thermal transmittance (U-value) for the gross area of the roof shall not exceed the limit prescribed in Table 2-1 for the corresponding weight group. 对于没有天窗的屋顶,整个屋面的平均传热系数(U值) ,不能超过表2-1 中规定的标准:

This requirement does not apply to building with an aggregate floor area not exceeding 500 m2, open sided sheds, covered walkways and linkways, store rooms and utility rooms or plants and equipment rooms. 本规定不适用于总建筑面积不超过500平方米的建筑物、敞开式棚屋、有盖通道、储藏室、工具间以及机电设备房。
M3 Air-Conditioning System 采暖空调系统
(a) Where the cooling capacity of any air-conditioning system exceeds 30 kW, the equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 50189-2005 – Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings.若采暖空调系统的容量超过30kW,则该采暖空调设备应符合规范文件《公共建筑节能设计标准》GB 50189-2005的相关规定。
(b) Air-conditioning system shall be equipped with manual switches, timers or automatic controllers for shutting off part of the air-conditioning system to reduce energy u whenever conditions permit.
采暖空调系统应装置手动控制开关、计时器或自动开关器,以便在情况允许的前提下,及时关闭部分采暖空调系统,减少能量消耗。
M4 Air Tightness and Leakage 空气密闭性和防渗漏
All windows on the building envelope shall not exceed the air leakage rates specified in the national standards, e.g. GB/T 7107-2002 – Graduation and test method for air permeability performance of windows and GB/T 7106-2008 – Graduations and test methods of air permeability, water tightness, wind load resistance performance for building external windows and doors. 所有位于建筑物外墙上的窗户的空气泄漏率均不得超过当地和国家建筑规范文件中要求的等级,如《建筑外窗气密性能分级及检测方法》GB/T 7107-
