Human Resources Business Partner
 Primary Purpo of Org. Unit
 
Describe the function
Think globally and act locally to attract, retain, reward and develop Associates within the organization by providing human resources management, deliverables, and system process.
         Promote and conrve Company culture
         Contribute as a strategic advisor and partner
         Develop programs and plans to support Company strategic plans

Primary Purpo of Position:
 
Summarize why this job exists and the contribution it makes to the overall success of the company
         Understands the goals and objectives of the operational business plans and develops the necessary people and rewards strategies.
         Partner with the Corporate HR to implement global plans and initiatives.
         Provide personnel administration and support functions including recruitment, administration, people and headcount reporting and other ad hoc personnel projects in accordance with the Company’s People policies.

Specific Duties and Accountabilities of the Job:
 
List the specific accountabilities of the position including the end results expected
 
List at least 4 but no more than 6 MAJOR Job Duties and Accountabilities of this position.
         Counls Managers and Associates regarding the intent, application, and compliance requirements of significant labor and regulatory laws
         Developing and implementing talent plans; monitoring workforce planning process; acquiring key talent; creating and ensuring implementation of action plans for diversity initiatives; analyzing talent management data; providing recommendations regarding talent strengths and development needs; engaging resources to address talent gaps and overeing performance management process and initiatives.
         Performs Talent Reviews and risk asssments to identify, reward and retain high performers.
         Coaches and mentors management by working with them to understand their career aspirations, performance, and capabilities, and provides counl and input on how to grow and improve their careers.
         Gathering internal and external perspectives, trends, and other data specific to geographic area; creating potential initiatives; integrating business strategies with both global and divisional goals; aligning resources; executing plans; and monitoring region performance against plans.
         Drives AOS process and reviews and analys results to ensure consistent application of the open door process

         Support business leaders in change management or transformation strategies and translate the into appropriate action steps such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement, retention and development programs.
         Gather talent and business metrics to analyze and proactively highlight areas of concern and recommended actions to address them.

Education and Experience listed in the below fields
         Excellent command in both written & spoken English and local language
         Well verd in local labor laws and employment regulations and practices
         Mature, approachable, and excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
         Strong ability to manage change
         Diver and able to work with people from different cultural background
         A well organized individual who can work under pressure with good business n and judgment
         Make Sound Judgments and exerci discretion to evaluate business
         Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changes and cultural differences
         Strong interpersonal, supervisory and team building skills.
         Knowledge of Statutory  Laws regarding licensing, welfare benefits, Pay and allowances , pollution control.
         Think and act strategically through creating initiatives aligned with company and division strategy
         Maintaining actions and though leadership as an Associate advocate
         Promote through example a customer focud environment
         Establish an environment of ethics and compliance
         Developing and maintaining collaborative and cooperative relationships
         High ability to influence at more nior levels to ensure governance and compliance of People decisions.  Negotiate and influence on a daily basis, with confidence and humility.
