绩效考核中医辩证施护对提高住院糖尿病患者
足部自护能力的效果研究

摘 要 目的探讨中医辩证施护对提高糖尿病患者足部自护能力的效果。方法将120例有足部病变危险因素存在的糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组60例，入院当日采用自行设计的“糖尿病足部自理能力评估量表”进行基线评估，次日开始，对实验组60例住院糖尿病人在实施常规健康教育的同时，运用中医传统医学的辩证施护、足部温热的中药浸泡联合足底反射区穴位按摩对糖尿病患者进行护理干预；对照组按传统的经验进行健康教育，以10～14d为目标，用同一量表通过访谈式进行问卷调查，观察对比干预前后两组对糖尿病基本知识的了解，足部的保护性护理、促进肢体血液循环的锻炼和足部的检查等。结果实验组与对照组干预前对糖尿病足部自护能力各项得分比较差异均无显著意义(经t检验,P>0.01)；两周后两组患者在糖尿病基本知识、足保护性护理知识、促进肢体循环锻炼、足部检查等的各项得分差异均有显著意义(经t检验,P<0.01)。结论通过运用中医辩证施护对糖尿病病人进行足部预防干预，可以提高病人足部自护能力。
