Optical Amplifier
1.1Introduction
In this chapter,we describe the simulation of an optical amplifier.The multiple quantum well optical amplifier is shown in the schematics in Fig.1.1.Plea note that uniform mesh along the z-direction is ud.We shall go through the inputfiles and discuss the results in the following ctions.
