摘要：Provided is a backside-electrode type solar battery that has improved conversion efficiency and reliability, and a manufacturing method of the backside-electrode type solar battery that has few electrode-forming process, and us conductive paste. The backside-electrode type solar battery (20) is provided, on one face of a first conductive type miconductor substrate, with a first doping area (6) that is the same conductive type as the first conductive type, and a cond doping area (5) that is a cond conductive type, which is a different conductive type from the first conductive type; and also compris a first electrode (12) formed on the first doping area (6), and a cond electrode (11) formed on the cond doping area (5). The backside-electrode type solar battery (20) is characterized in that above-mentioned first electrode (12) and cond electrode (11) are baked electrodes, and that at least the first electrode (12), of above-mentioned first electrode (12) and cond electrode (11), is provided with a conductive cover layer (14) on the surface thereof.
