摘要：This layered substrate compris: a substrate main body having layered therein a plurality of ceramic layers containing glass; a wiring conductor provided inside the substrate main body and containing silver, copper, a silver alloy, or a copper alloy; and a
thermal conductor provided inside or on the main surface of the substrate main body. The thermal conductor compris at least one among: a thermal via traversing some of the ceramic layers in the thickness direction; and a heat spreader extending along the main surface of the ceramic layers. The thermal conductivity of the thermal conductor is higher than the thermal conductivity of the ceramic layers that are adjacent thereto. The thermal conductor contains an insulating ceramic as the main material, and further contains glass.
