摘要：PURPOSE:To eliminate a so-called bowing effect when an insulating layer of excellent tracking resistance is wound with tape, so as to facilitate the molding of a tracking resistant adhesive tape by providing an insulating film having specific comparative tracking index, elastic modulus and thickness. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive layer 2 is provided on the rear surface of an insulating film 1. This film 1 is a plastic film of a comparative tracking index of no less than 400V according to IEC method, and the elastic modulus of 20-1200kg/mm<2>, and 5-150 micrometer in thickness, for which polyolefine resin such as polypropylene, polymethylpentene, or fluorine hydrocarbon resin such as vinylidene fluoride, polytetrafluoroethylene, or a film of such as butyl rubber or polymethyl methacrylate, can be ud. The peeling at the winding end can be prevented thereby, and a so-called 'bowing effect' can be eliminated and the winding is thus carried out, and the excellent tracking resistance of the tape itlf is ensured for its easy tape winding operation to an electric appliance.
