Regulations on Daily Performance Management and Punishment
Of Lao Syuen Development Sole Co., Ltd
I.Employment
1.All the employees shall be more than 18 years old.
2.All the job applicants shall fill in the New Employee Registration Form without any
deceptive information.
3.All the job applicants shall offer the following materials: 2 color photos within half a year
in the size of 2 inches without hat; a copy of effective ID card and Passport; other identifications (marriage certificate, graduation certification, technical grading certificate and certificate for work experience). Health certificate shall be needed for some special posts.
4.Once the job applicants are employed, they shall abide by all the company rules and
regulations.
II.Transportation
1.All the employees shall live in the staff hou arranged by HR as possible as they can, in
order to alleviate staff transportation pressure and operating cost.
III.L ocker
1.Each employee can apply one locker to store their individual stuffs, but all the lockers
shall be managed in a fixed place.
2.Keep locker clean and keep the key by employees’ themlves. If the key lost and it has
to change the lock, all the fees (200Baht each time) shall be borne by themlves.
3.All employees shall return the locker key to HR before they leave their jobs.
IV.Others
1.Requirements for Public Management
1.1All the employees shall walk the employee’s entrance in Company, and the Security
has the right to inquire and check or even conduct body arch if needed within the

1.2During the work time, gaming staffs (except for the department executives) shall

place inside Company without permission.
1.11It is not allowed to ll any stuff or trade at any place within scope of Company
without permission.
1.12It is not allowed to pick any flowers or climb any trees within scope of Company

2.Serious Behavior of Violations to Discipline
2.1It is prohibited to steal any property of others’ or Company, and to u others’ stuff
without permission.
2.2It is prohibited to violate Lao laws and rules, or not to respect Lao custom and folk
custom.

2.7It is prohibited to take drugs, trade drugs, take any forbidden medicine or others.
2.8It is prohibited to bring guns, explosives, or other dangerous and deadly weapons
