Job Summary
To provide an efficient Reception rvice to all guests, offering information and giving particular attention to all guest special requirements. Ensuring all check-ins and check-outs run smoothly and that all cashiering transactions are procesd promptly and correctly both during the day and night. Also, offering a more personalized rvice with the same concepts mentioned earlier but on an Executive level.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
▪Adhere to all Resort rules and regulations as per rvice standard policies and procedures, and follow all communications briefed by the Team Leader.
▪Attend to duty timely and wearing the correct uniform, name badge and well groomed.
▪Attend daily briefing conducted by the Team Leader at the beginning of the shift.
▪Be able to handle all office, computer and other duty related equipment.

▪Ensure that the reception is kept tidy and clean at all times whilst on duty.
▪Ensure to update all registration cards and file it in the designated file.
▪Ensure to pull out all departed registration cards according to the departure list.
▪During night shift assist Team Leader in carrying out PMS night audit and prepare and review all reports including daily operational results to be forwarded to management.
