The Power MOSFET T ool creates a high fidelity level-1 power MOSFET model
with optimized parameters. A high fidelity model reduces convergence errors.
The Level-1 power MOSFET model is uful for both traditional (LDMOS) and
the newer CoolMOS ® types of power MOS devices, and it is well suited for
examining switching transients and loss in power supplies. A fairly low level
of complexity ensures good convergence performance. The Power MOSFET
