This year, the "Happy New Year" ries of activities, jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and local government departments, will prent artistic performances, displays of folk customs and artists' street parades.

The official added that delicious Chengdu snacks will be on sale to local residents in Sydney during the "Happy New Year" event.
