良好档：每个话题不少于10句；语音语调基本正确；表情比较生动，目光交流不够；讲述比较连贯，表达比较清楚，但有个别错误。
一般档：话题陈述时不足10句；语音语调基本正确；表情呆板，无目光交流；讲述不够连贯，有一些错误，影响意思表达。
较差档：语音语调较差；或只能说出一些与内容相关的单词；无法表达意思。

你觉得教高中跟教中学生有什么不同?What is the difference between teaching students in High school and in junior high school?
well, when teaching junior high school kids ,a teacher has to be more patient. He/she has to u lots of songs, games, body language to help student learn English. The forms of each lesson should be different.
Teaching high school kids is a little bit different. I can introduce some grammar. I can give them more written work and I can have more discussions with the children.

I will try my best to u all the teaching methodologies I learned at school to reach each child. Stories, poems, riddles, jokes songs are all good for little kids. I will have them practice English as a whole class, group work, pair work or independent work. Whatever works out for the children I will do it. There is never one way to success.

Yes， I do. Becau my father ud to be a primary teacher; my eldest brother and my sister-in-law are now working in a condary school in a small town nearby my village; Being a teacher, especially a good teacher, has been my dream. ?
To everyone who wants to be a teacher, here’s a question: what makes a good teacher? How to be a good teacher? In the past 19 years, I have been studying in primary school in a small distant village, key condary school in a county, top university of China in the capital of China, Beijing. There are many people who play the role of “teacher” in my life, but only few of them who really impresd me. What they impresd me most is not how good the lesson they gave, how good they are looking or how nice they are (well, good teacher are always very nice, but you can’t be a good teacher only becau you are a nice person.)
Teaching is not an easy job, that’s why lots of people don’t want to choo teaching as their career, but if you are a good teacher, you can do any job in the wo
rld. Becau you are a nice person, you can keep a very good relationship with people and the world around you, you are open people, you are eager to learn, you are hard working, reflective and creative. With tho above, you would be able to make anything happen.
2．What kind of virtues does a teacher need? Which is the most important? Why?
Teaching is a very complex job, good teacher plays different roles for students besides teaching: they make friends with their students; they have to learn from a variety of models, play role model for their young pupils; they have expectations of success for all students just like their parents do. Teacher should have a n of purpo, they will demonstrate a willingness to adapt and change to meet student needs; they have to reflect on their work, they are very open people, and they always have strong curiosity on development of the society . I was deeply impresd by the personality of tho teacher,?tho impress me most always have something in common: they are? good at giving prentation, they have an open attitude towards the world, and they are optimistic..?
Among them, I think the most important is that they should keep up with the new things, becau that can make their lessons more interesting and creative.?

I think that the parent nt the students to study abroad has both advantages and disadvantages.
