一、产品用途：
1.Instruction:
CHV制造超高压、大口径气动球阀是气动执行器的一种新产品，它具有新颖独特的结构和专门的控制系统设计，它与气控或电控组合仪表配套，广泛地应用于冶金、矿山、石油、化工、电力、轻工、船舶等工业部门和自动化控制系统中，适用于气体、液体或含有悬浮颗粒流体的流量控制或切断。它能
适应模拟量或开关量两种信号控制，实现快速开关动作。具有流阻小，开关迅速、启闭灵活、寿命长，安全可靠等优点。
The pneumatic ball valve made by CHV is new designed, which has unusual construction, and special control system. It can be combined with pneumatic or electric instrument panel. Wide ud in metallurgy, mine, petroleum, chemical plant, electric power, light industry, shipyard, etc. suitable medium is gas, liquid, or flow mingled with solid impurity. It can control by two signals, one is simulation signal, and other one is quantum of opening.

2. Construction feature
气动球阀是由阀体部分，气动执行机构（气动头）和附件三大部份组成。
The pneumatic ball valve is compod by three main parts: valve, actuator, and accessories.
三、组成：
3. Composing:
㈠阀体部份：见附图
a) Valve: (See attached figure)
㈡气动执行机构（气动头）：见附图CA-80G。小孩不爱吃饭
b) Actuator: (See attached figure CA-80G)
㈢附件：按需配置。
C) Accessories: according to ur’s requirement.
1．电磁阀：控制信号220V·AC或24VDC防爆或不防爆；
i. Electromagnetism valve: control electric flow: 220V/AC, or 24V/DC; Antei-blast or not.
2．气动二联件；
ii. Duple parts.
3．阀位回讯器：VCX-5001防爆。爬山有什么好处
iii. Valve position indicator: VCX-5001 Anti-blast.
注：气源压力双动作型：0.4~0.7Mpa。
Note: Pressure of Gas source: for double action: 0.4~0.7 MPa.
四、工作原理：
4.Working principle:
㈠气动执行机构：见KG、KW型驱动器使用说明书。
a) Pneumatic Actuator: Plea e instruction menu for KG, KW Actuator.
㈡气动球阀工作原理见图CDV-AR-02（控制系统原理图）和下述说明：
b) Valve working principle: Plea e figure: CHV-AR-02 (control system working principle) and below information:
1．自动操作控制：
i. Auto control:
正常操作时，电磁阀带电，仪表空气进入气缸，驱动阀门开启或关闭，电磁阀断电换向，空气进入气缸另侧驱动操作器使阀门关闭或开启。
In normal operation, electromagnetism valve has voltage on it, air gets into cylinder, drive the valve to open or clo. When the electromagnetism valve turn off power, air gets into another side of cylinder, drive the valve to open or clo.
2．手动操作：

3．当电磁阀断电或断仪表空气的情况下，而要驱动阀门开启或关闭，可通过气动执行机构顶装手轮操作阀门（该功能任选）。
iii. When cut off power to electromagnetism valve, or cut off air, valve can be operated by the hand wheel on the top of actuator. (lected function)
五、安装调试与使用维护：
5. Installation and maintenance:
㈠、安装要求
a) Installation:
1．可在水平或垂直管道上安装使用，不受位置限制。
i. The valve can be installed on the pipe line in both level and vertical position.
2．安装前必须对阀门内腔和密封面进行彻底清扫，不允许有污物粘附，并检查运输过程中有无损坏。
ii. Before installation, check the valve, and clear inside and RF surface.
3．安装前要彻底清扫管道中的污物和焊渣。
前车之鉴的意思iii. Flange connection bolting must be screw down equally.
4．法兰连接螺栓应对称均匀拧紧。
iv. Make a clean sweep of dust and weld sinter inside the pipe line.
5．安装时气路管线应用压缩空气吹扫干净，并检查接头是否严密可靠。
v. For gas pipe line, must totally dry the pipe line before installation. And check the pipe fittings.
㈡、调试
b) Debugging:
输入开关量信号，检查动作时间和动作方向是否符合使用要求。
Load the signal, and e if the valve action according to requirement.
㈢、使用维护
c) Maintenance:
1．应注意使用的环境温度为-25℃~+60℃相对湿度≤95%。
i. Installation temperature: Environment temperature: -25°C~+60°C
Relative humidity: ≤95%
2．气动执行机构使用的仪表空气应稳定在0.4~0.7Mpa。气源应经过除尘、脱水、除油等净化处理。
ii. Pressure of instrument air: 0.4~0.7MPa, the air flow must clean, dry and without oil.
3．检修
iii. Examine and repair:
①．执行机构的维护保养见KG、KW型驱动器使用说明书。
1. Maintenance of actuator: plea e KG, KW model actuator operation menu.
②．球阀的维护保养：
2. Ball Valve Maintenance:
电力安规本阀门适于安装在野外（但仪表、附件例外）因此不需要采取特殊的保养措施。
早晨问候图片The valve can be installed out door (Besides instrument, and Accessories), so no need for maintenance.
六、可能出现的故障及排除方法：
6. Trouble Shooting:
㈠、阀座密封渗漏：
a) Seats leak:
1．密封面有损伤或污物，必须重新修整，清洗密封面。
i. Dirty or hurt on ats, clean aling surface first.
2．密封面变形或失效时，更换密封圈。
ii. Distorted ats, must replace with new ats.
3．预紧力不够，增强弹簧力度。
iii. Tightness of bolting not enough, change the at springs.
㈡阀杆处密封渗漏：
b) Leakage on the Stem:
卸下操作机构、更换O型密封圈。
Replace “O” ring.
㈢中法兰处渗漏：
c) Leakage on the body al position:
更换O型密封圈。
语文考试Replace “O” ring.
