1.    Scope:范围
This standard specifies the electrogalvanizing (zinc plating),  which is done on the iron bad, Zinc bad, Aluminimum bad components for the purpo of preventing corrosion / rusting and also for decoration.此标准规定了电镀锌(锌电镀)的要求,此程序应用在以铁、锌和铝为基础的组件上,目的是防止腐蚀/生锈,同时对其进行保护。
2.    Code and Category of Plating电镀标准和范畴
    Code and Category of plating shall be as per the following Tables.其标准和范畴必须按照下列表格进行
Table 1:1    Specifies the symbol of ba material离骚读音规定了基底材料的象征
Table 2:2    Specifies the thickness and chromate colour.规定了其厚度和铬酸盐的颜色。

Remarks:备注
1. Thickness includes both galvanizing and chromate film.其厚度包括电镀锌和铬酸盐膜
2. Subject parts for corrosion resistance only in chromate finished condition.主体部分耐腐蚀性只在铬酸处理完成的状况下进行
3. Bright chromate treatment – corrosion resistance is inferior to coloured chromate treatment.光亮铬酸盐处理耐腐蚀劣于着色铬酸盐处理
4. Black chromate treatment – corrosion resistance is inferior to coloured chromate and it is better not to u for a part which is always touched by hand since wear resistance is not enough.黑色铬酸盐处理-耐腐蚀性劣于着色铬酸盐处理,最好不用于手经常能触摸到的部分,因为其耐磨度不够
4.1    If the Black chromate treatment is carried out for aesthetic purpo, then post operation of lacquering or special oil protection to be incorporated.如果黑色铬酸盐处理用于美观作用,那么必须包括后续的涂漆操作或者特种润滑油保护
5    Green chromate treatment is having excellent corrosion resistance than all other chro
mate treatments.绿色铬酸盐处理的耐腐蚀性优于所有其他的铬酸盐处理过的耐腐性
Quality :质量
External appearance:外形
External apperance of galvanizing shall be inspected and it must be without any blistering, swelling, expod ba or other harmful defects for u. However, an unevenness of color due to chromate treatment may exist.必须对电镀锌的外形进行检查,其上面不得有任何的起泡、涨形、露底或者其他有害缺陷。然而,可以允许由于铬酸盐处理而引起的色度不均的存在。
Corrosion resistance:耐腐蚀性
    Corrosion resistance of galvanizing shall be tested in accordance with ASTM B 117 or JIS Z2371 (Neutral salt spray testing) and also must satisfy table 2.电镀锌的耐腐蚀性必须根据美女网球ASTM B 117 or JIS Z2371进行测试(中性盐雾试验),同时也必须满足表2

1. Black product which has been generated before white corrosion product is not considered as corrosion product.在有白色腐蚀前产生的黑色产物不被认为是腐蚀产物。
2. Black chromate which is treated by wax shall be subjected to the salt water spraying test after the wax has been removed.用蜡处理的黑色铬酸盐处理在清除其蜡之后必须经受盐雾测试
3. Green chromate will experience the generation of minute pit – like spot color fading but the are not considered as corrosion.绿色铬酸盐处理会经过微小的凹陷的产生, 如专色的褪色,但是这些将不被认为是腐蚀。
