浅析中国饮食文化特征
“民以食为天”,饮食文化作为中国文化不可或缺的一部分受到中国哲学、美学、医学等的深远影响,也持久地影响着中国人的性格、思维与生活方式。中国人见面一句习惯性招呼“你吃了吗,”囊括了华夏民族五千年朝代更迭、百姓生灵涂炭的沧桑历史;中国人的语言里, “同甘共苦”、“秀色可餐”、“脍炙人口”、“看菜吃饭、量体裁衣”、“治大国如烹小鲜”等各类词则不失生动地阐述着广泛、丰富、深刻的社会意识与智慧。中国的饮食文化博大精深又与时俱进,谈及其特征,我想用三个字简要概括一下自己的理解——“和”、“异”、“变”。
