My healthy life
I like healthy food. Becau it’s very important.
Every day, I eat rice, noodles for breakfast. And I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, too. I like apples best. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. I also like meat and milk. They’re healthy.
I don’t eat too much sweet food. They’re unhealthy. We shouldn’t drink a lot of soft drinks. They are unhealthy, too.
Doing exercis can make us healthy, too. I play sports very often. I like playing badminton, running and skipping.

My timetable
I’m a pupil of Grade Five. I have ven subjects. They are Chine, English, Maths, Music, Art, PE and IT.
Look, this is my timetable for Tuesday. I have ven class today. In the morning ,I have four class. They are English, Maths, Chine and Music. I like Chine and English. I like reading and writing in Chine class. I can say new words in English class. I think English is very important. There’s a short break after each class.
I have a lunch break from 11.45 to 12.30.
In the afternoon, I have Art, PE and IT. PE is my favourite subject becau our PE teacher is a good teacher. I play, jump and skip. I have great fun in it.
