北京首钢冷轧薄板有限公司坐落于北京绿色国际港—顺义区李桥镇,毗邻首都国际机场,占地面积73万平方米,是一家具有国际先进生产水平的现代化冷轧带钢生产厂。公司的生产机组包括:浅槽紊流酸洗—五机架全六辊CVCPLUS轧机联合机组、连续退火机组、连续热镀锌机组(两条)、重卷检查机组(两条)、半机械化钢卷包装机组(两条)。
BEIJING SHOUGANG COLD ROLLING CO., LTD. Located near the capital international airport of LIQIAO TOWN,SHUNYI DISTRICT-the green international port, which has 730 000 square meters floor space, is a modernized cold rolling factory that reaches advanced standards ,The manufacture unit includes one continuous pickling line coupled to 5-stand tandem cold mill, one continuous annealing line, two continuous galvanizing lines, two re-reeling lines, two mi-automatic packing lines.

公司产品定位于国内外钢材市场急需的汽车板、家电板和高档建筑板,年生产规模为150万吨,其中冷轧连续退火产品70万吨,热镀锌产品80万吨。成品具有规格多、宽度大、表面光洁、钢质纯净、板形平直、性能稳定等特点。
The enterpri products is going to rve for manufacturing of automobile, houhold appliance and high level building plate which are needed eagerly in steel market all over the world, the total production capacity is 1.5 million tons per year, including 0.7 million tons Annealed cold rolling strips and 0.8 million tons Hot-dip galvanized strips. There are many advantages of our products like abundant sizes, broad widths, clean surface, pure steel, flat shape, stable mechanical properties and so on.

The testing center of our company which has world-class level equipments provides guarantees for the high qualities of cold-rolling strips. Annealed cold rolling strips and Hot-dip galvanized strips are manufactured under advanced standards home and abroad, products could be supplied according to Shougang enterpri standards Q/SGZGS and international standards (as DIN, EN, JIS and ASTM).

酸洗冷轧生产线The Pickling Line & Tandem Cold Mill
酸洗冷轧生产线采用世界一流的生产设备,成套引进了德国SMS-DEMAG公司的酸洗冷轧联合机组和日本TMEIC公司的大功率激光焊机。
The PLTCM line has world first-class equipments, including all line of the coupled Pickling Line-Tandem Cold Mills from German enterpri SMS-DEMAG and high power lar welder from Japane enterpri TMEIC.
酸洗机组采用世界上最先进的浅槽紊流盐酸酸洗工艺,并且配有酸洗工艺控制模型。酸液从酸槽两端喷入,在酸洗槽内形成很强的紊流。浅槽紊流酸洗工艺技术先进、时间短、效果好、节约能源,酸洗后带钢表面洁净、光亮。
The Pickling Line adopts the most advanced technique-Turbulence Pickling Technology with pickling process model in the world. The acid spurts from two sides of the acid tank and form strong acid turbulence in the tank. There are many advantages of the Turbulence Pickling Technology as short time, better effect, economic and better surface quality.
轧机机组采用五机架全六辊CVCPLUS轧机,配有中间辊、工作辊弯辊系统,中间辊窜辊系统和第五机架分段冷却系统,压下能力大,板形控制能力强,尺寸控制精度高,保证了高端产品的尺寸精度和板形要求。
The cold-rolling line adopts 5-Stand CVCPlus6 millwhich has intermediate rolls and work rolls bending system, intermediate rolls shifting system and piecewi cooling system for the fifth stand. It has get greater press ability, strong controlling ability of strip shape to assure the needs of sizes precision and shape controlling for high end products.
连续退火生产线The Continuous Annealing Line
连续退火线由德国SMS-DEMAG公司技术总包。生产线入口段装备有日本TMEIC公司的窄搭接焊机。清洗段采用立式碱洗、电解、卧式刷洗和热水漂洗等国际一流设备,清洗能力强,产品表面清洁度高。
The Annealing Line is contracted on technology by German enterpri SMS-DEMAG. The entry ction is equipped with the narrow-lap am welder imported from the Japane company TMEIC. The cleaning ction is made up of world-class equipments includes vertical alkali cleaning, electrolytic cleaning, horizontal brushing and hot water rinsing, all of the assure the cleaning quality.
炉子采用比利时DREVER公司的立式连续退火炉。带钢在炉内的HNx还原保护气氛下,先后经过预热段、辐射管加热段、均热段、缓冷段、快速气体喷射冷却段、过时效段、最终气体冷却和水淬段,最终达到常温。这一过程使带钢获得了好的组织性能和力学性能。
The furnace adopts the vertical continuous annealing furnace of the Belgian company DREVER. Strips in protective gas HNx pass through preheating ction, radiant tube heating ction, soaking ction, slow cooling ction, rapid jet cooling ction, overaging ction, final cooling ction and water quench ction to make sure that its temperature reaches room temperature. This process gives strips good structures and mechanical properties.
平整机采用德国SMS-DEMAG公司的单机架六辊CVC高精度平整机。配有板形闭环控制系统,保证了平整的质量。湿平整工艺更加保证产品优秀的表面质量和机械性能。
The skin pass adopts single standCVCPlus6 –high Tandem Cold Rolling Mill made by Germany company SMS-DEMAG.. The clo-cycle control system assures the skin passing quality. The wet skin passing technique assures surface quality and mechanical properties of the products.
热镀锌生产线The Hot-dip Galvanizing Line
热镀锌生产线由比利时CMI公司系统集成,关键核心设备包括:日本TMEIC公司的窄搭接焊机、比利时DREVER公司的立式连续退火炉、INDUCTORTHERM公司的感应加热陶瓷锌锅、德国DUMA公司的气刀和涂油机、SIEMENS VAI CLECIM公司的光整机和拉矫机。
The Hot-dip Galvanizing Line is system-integration supplied by Belgian company CMI, the critical equipments include narrow-lap am welder made by Japane company TMEIC, vertical continuous annealing furnace made by Belgian company DREVER, induction heating ceramic coating pot made by INDUCTORTHERM, air knife and oiler made by German company DUMA, skin pass mill and leveler made by SIEMENS VAI CLECIM and so on.
12号两条镀锌生产线分别以生产汽车和家电建筑板为主。其中1号生产线中装备有INDUCTORTHERM公司的合金化炉,可以生产GA产品,以适应高质量汽车用板的需要。
1# line is going to produce strips for automobile and 2# line is going to produce strips for houhold and appliance. The induction strip heating for galvannealing made by INDUCTORTHERM in 1# line can produce GA product which is for automobile at high level.

检化验中心
The testing center
检化验中心负责冷轧退火板、热镀锌板和氧化铁粉等产品的成品检验和乳化液、平整液、酸液、再生酸液、锌液、油液等液体的过程检验工作。
The testing center is responsible for the daily operation of the whole quality control of the company, including product inspection like tests of Annealed Cold Strips, Hot-dip galvanized strips, ferric oxide and so on, process inspection like the analysis of emulsion, unkniting and cleansing liquefacient, acid, liquid zinc, distilled water and petrochemicals.
公司高度重视产品质量,引进了德国Zwick/Roell公司的Z100 X Linear型全自动电子万能材料试验机、美国Thermo公司的ICAP 6300型电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪、日本Rigaku公司的ZSX PrimusX射线荧光光谱仪、德国Leica公司的DMI 5000型金相显微镜以及法国JY公司的JY Profiler2型辉光光谱仪等世界一流的检测设备、自动化技术先进、检测精度高,完全满足相关国际标准的检测要求,为给客户提供优质的冷轧产品把好质量关。
The enterpri attaches great importance to product quality, the testing center imports many high automated and precision equipments including the electronic universal material testing machine Z100 X Linear (Zwick/Roell Germany), iCAP 6300 ICP Spectrometer (Thermo US), X-Ray Spectrofluorometer (Rigaku Japan), metallographic microscope DMI 5000 (Leica Germany), GD-Profiler2 Glow Discharge Spectrometer (HORIBA Jobin Yvon France) and so on. All the test machines can measure up the correlative international standards which to control the high quality for the cold roll products.
