There have been many great painters in the rich history of Chine art. Here are four of the greatest painters from China.
Li Cheng (919—967, Five Dynasties and early Song Dynasty)
Li Cheng contributed greatly to one of the golden ages of landscape paintings in world history. During his time, he was considered the best landscape painter ever. He is remembered especially fo
r the winter landscapes he created and for simple compositions of tall, old evergreens t against a dry landscape. Several of his paintings are in thin ink which gives them a foggy appearance.
Fan Kuan (990—1020 , Song Dynasty)
Fan Kuan began his career by modeling Li Cheng's work but later created his own style, claiming that the only true teacher was nature. His finest work Travelers among Mountains and Streams is a masterpiece of landscape painting and many future artists turned to it for inspiration.
Qi Baishi (1864-1957)
One of the greatest contemporary Chine painters, Qi Baishi is known for not being influenced by Western styles like most painters of his time. He can be considered as the last great traditional painter of China. He painted almost everything from incts to landscapes. He is regarded highly in Chine art for the freshness that he brought to the familiar types of birds and flowers, incts and grass.
Wu Guanzhong (1919—2010)
Widely considered as the founder of modern Chine painting , Wu Guanzhong has painted various
aspects of China, like its architecture, plants, animals, people and landscapes. Wu went on to combine Western and Chine styles to create a unique form of modem art. In 1992, he became the first living Chine artist who work was exhibited at the British Muum.

You don't generally expect to put yourlf in the public eye when you go on vacation. However, when a British couple, Jessica and Edward, flew to Crete, they found themlves attracting a lot of attention after coming across a large sum of money in the street.
At first, their Crete vacation hadn't been anything outside of the norm. However, it was as they were
exploring the souvenir shops that everything changed. The couple were just walking down the street when Jessica suddenly kicked something lying on the ground. It looked a bit like a make-up bag and so they assumed that someone had lost it.
Without hesitation, Jessica picked up the bag and opened it. She was shocked to e a lot of money in it-a total of 7,100 Euros. There was probably a lot they could do with all that money. However, the couple didn't have it in them to steal what belonged to someone el. Going to the police was the first thought that came to mind when Jessica saw the money. She didn't consider that there was any other choice, so the couple handed over the money to the local police.
The police found the owner, an elderly woman, and informed the couple that the woman wanted to meet them. When they eventually met at the police station, the woman was so overcome with emotion that she wouldn't stop hugging and blessing them, although they insisted they were just doing the right thing.
News of what the couple had done quickly made its way around the island. The locals wanted to show them their gratitude. This included receiving free taxi rides and even an offer to have their hotel room upgraded. The couple appreciated the kindness, but it was all getting to be a bit too much. They just wanted to have a normal vacation.
They are probably hoping that they fly a little more under the radar during their next vacation. There's only so much attention that the two lovebirds can handle.

It's likely that by 2050 the majority of the people in the world will live in urban areas and will have a much higher average age than people today. Cities of the future won't look like “some sort of science-fiction fantasy”, but it's likely that technological advances and information overlays (VR and AR)will greatly change how we live. Some long view predictions are completely dire. Environmentalist Bill says that if we don't make great progress in fighting global warming, it's likely we could e out-of- control ris in a levels, huge crop shortfalls and wars over limited freshwater resources.
In terms of how we will eat, green markets founder and “real food" supporter Nina believes that there will be more small milk processing plants and more regional food operations and we'll be healthier as a result. New York Times writer Mark thinks that people will eat fewer procesd foods and eat foods grown clor to where they live. And more people will be aware of the ethical responsibility" to grow foods.
