摘要：PURPOSE:To rapidly examine a large amount of a sample with high specificity by specifically bonding a Carla-virus antibody to Carla-virus particles, fragments thereof or virus coated protein. CONSTITUTION:A carla-virus antibody is prepared by using Carla-virus particles, fragments thereof or virus coated protein as an antigen and can be specifically bonded to particles of the Carla-virus of a wasabi, virus fragments or virus coated protein. A Carla-virus antibody is prepared by propagating the Carla- virus isolated from a wasabi and subquently purifying said virus to inject the purified virus in an arbitrary mammal as an antigen and collecting blood from the mammal to obtain antibody rum and preparing the antibody from the antibody rum. The obtained Carla-virus antibody is ud to make it possible to rapidly and accurately detect the Carla-virus using antigen-antibody reaction.
