撒贝宁资料摘要：PURPOSE: To obtain a polymer bone cement composition with an extremely effective viscosity-time curve, by making the cement composition to contain 0-5 or higher wt.% of a polymerization initiator, at bead controllable concentration. CONSTITUTION: A polymer bead 6 has one or more additives disperd therein. A polymerization initiator 7, preferably benzoyl peroxide(BPO), can occupy 0-5 or higher % of the bead weight. A dry component of surgical cement is formed by combining such bead with other beads with different sizes and components. The bead 6 or other contains, for instance, barium sulfate(BaSO4 ) and is wrapped in a spherical and relatively strong bead to obtain a uniform radiograph image. A typical cement dry component contains 85wt.% of a bead containing BaSO4 and BPO and has about 50μm of the average size. Remaining 15wt.% consists of a fine polymer bead with the average size not larger than 10μm.
