The mode of topical ocular administration ud in the prent invention has many advantages such as small amount of drugs, high safety, few adver reactions and good patient compliance, and avoids the safety risks brought about by injection administration. Moreover, after the administration route is changed, the metabolic route, action mechanism, etc. thereof are different from tho of the injection. Said mode has a good clinical application prospect.
