安康欣竣工档案按一套纸质档案的要求编制，其编制格式按上海市建设规范《建设项目(工程鸡蛋面做法)av线上看竣工档案编制技术规范》执行，归集的资料范围见附表１。各参展者根据附表1所列归集资料的范围，结合展馆自身建设的实际，以发生的内容作为实际的归集对象。资料归集编制完成，经自查后向世博局技术办公室申请检查,检查合格后移交给上海市城建档案馆，上海市城建档案馆发出《建设工程竣工档案检查单》，见附表２。
Requirements for As-built Archives of Self-Built Pavilions of Expo 2010
Participants of Expo 2010 are required to establish, depending on their actual conditions, complete, accurate and systematic as-built archives so that registry of completion acceptance of lf-built pavilions is to be successfully achieved and relevant documents collected in order.
As-built archives shall be prepared according to requirements for paper files. And the preparation form shall conform to Technical Specifications on As-Built Archive Preparation of Construction Project/Engineering, a construction specification of Shanghai City. For scope of collection, plea refer to Annex I. All participants shall treat their actually occurred items as collection objects according to the scope of files listed in Annex I in combination with the facts of their own construction of pavilions. After collection and preparation, the archives shall first be reviewed by the participants, then, nt to the Technical Office of Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination for application of review. At last, the archives, if qualified, it shall be delivered to Shanghai Urban Construction Archives who is to issue Checkup Sheet for As-Built Archives of Construction Project, as Annex II.
