All power ratings of lamps are nominal @ 12V. Current consumption figures prented in this document should be measured with the vehicle operating voltage of 14.4V as measured at the battery terminals whilst the engine is running.
TRANSIT LINK HARNESS – CCU must power up normally when the normal battery signal is removed and only and Ignition feed is provided.
NOTE 1 : The information prented in this document provides all pinout options. The features are not necessarily provided for all market variations.
NOTE 2 : Where possible unique connectors have been chon to eliminate the possibility of the incorrect cable being ud. Where this has not been possible it is required that the wiring loom is manufactured in such a way that it is very difficult to inrt a plug in the wrong socket.
NOTE 3 : The AMP 070 ries of connectors have current limitations per pin according to the information provided below (supplied by the manufacturer). Multiple contacts have be
en provided where high current circuits connect to the ECU. It is the responsibility of the vehicle manufacturer to ensure that the multiple contacts are ud appropriately so that individual contacts are not overstresd.

The following table shows the inputs required by the various parts of the system in order to generate the required outputs
‘MOM’ indicates that the input comes from a ‘biad off’ switch, button or puld signal that may only activate for a short time (EG the front wiper park signal would signal would only occur as the wiper pasd through the park position) ‘CONT’ indicates that the input comes from a latching type switch or continuous signal when activated) :-

NOTE: Switch wetting current can be reduced if the switch is permanently attached to an external load, e.g lamp, motor. ECU only needs to provide a pull up/down in the event that the load is disconnected. Minimum wetting current specified with a supply Voltage of 12V to the ECU.
