4.2 Wear protective gloves ，draw 11 lines on the test product surface on both horizontal side & vertical side ，the lines spaced 1mm apart ，scratchs requires eing the material ，get a brush to
clean the surface.带好劳保手套，在待测品上， 以美工刀辅以百格板划出横竖各十一条间隔1mm 的棋盘状，割划深度须见底材。并用刷子清理干净产品表面。
（弧面产品使用美工刀，平面产品使用百格刀）4.3 Stick 3M tape on the scratcher,press the surface of the 3M tape & get bubbles out, make sure the tape is fully adhered to the product.将胶带粘贴在棋盘状割横上，用手指或治具在胶带上揉擦，将气泡挤出，使胶带在涂膜上完全粘贴紧密。
4.4 Hold one end of the tape, make the tape at right angles to the coated surface, wait for 3 minutes and pull the tape up at an Angle of 60/90 degrees.手持胶带的一端，使胶带与涂膜面成直角，静置3分钟后把胶带以60/90度的角度瞬间拉起
