摘要：PURPOSE:To make generation of erosion and/or corrosion damage very small by covering portions of pressure reducing valve contacting with slurry liquid with super hard material. The processing fluid of slurry state flows in from arrow mark a and flows out to a' after reducing the pressure, however, becau the portion contact with the processing fluid are covered with super hard material 3, 4, generation of erosion and/or corrosion damage is reduced to very small value.
