NOTE: (1) At minimum power supply voltage inputs must be biad above ground in accordance with common-mode voltage range restrictions—e “Operating Voltage” discussion.

This integrated circuit can be damaged by ESD. Burr-Brown recommends that all integrated circuits be handled with appropriate precautions. Failure to obrve proper handling and installation procedures can cau damage.
ESD damage can range from subtle performance degrada-tion to complete device failure. Precision integrated circuits may be more susceptible to damage becau very small parametric changes could cau the device not to meet its published specifications.
