摘要：A method is disclod for producing a stable colloidal suspension or emulsion which compris mixing structural saccharides with an alkyl naphthalene and thereafter adding water to produce a suspension or emulsion. The structural saccharides are preferably chitin, chitosan, glucosamine, glucan or teichoic acids. No additional surfactant or emulsifying agent is required, and the emulsion is very stable.
