Technical description
Hydraulic pressure of 210 bar is generated via a quick lock coupling. The pressure pre-stress the expansion bolts at the piston ring surface until the liner can be inrted and the tension ring can be bolted manually. After the pressure has been relead, the expansion bolts pull the liner tight against the pump body via the tension ring.
For removing the liner a hydraulic pressure of 235 bar is needed in order to relea the tension ring and the nuts so much that they can be removed and the liner be pulled out.

Technical description
For tensioning and releasing the valve cap, oil is presd into the gap between the tensioning cap and the piston via a quick lock coupling and a bore behind the coupling. This somewhat elongates the bolts.
This elongation is compensated by turning the ring nut up against the tensioning cap. After releasing the
oil pressure the system is tightly tensioned.
For releasing the valve cap the ring nut is turned towards the valve cap. When the oil pressure is relead,
the nuts can be easily unscrewed.
