幸福宣言含砷铁矿石烧结脱砷中含砷气体的固结研究
摘 要
我国藏有大量含砷铁矿石,含砷铁矿石在烧结工序中,多数砷以气态物质被脱除进入大气中,严重污染了环境。研究钢铁冶炼中烟气里砷的去除是解决砷污染有效的方法,也是阻止砷进入环境最有效的途径。
本实验用FactSage软件进行烧结脱砷固砷及热力学模拟计算,得到相关的热力学数据,包括产物的量、存在状态、种类等。利用origin软件对得到的实验数据进行处理,得到关于碳含量、温度、氧气压的图像,对得到的这些图像进行分析,并利用烧结杯烧结脱砷固砷,得到关于脱砷固结的相关结论如下:
(1)在氧化钙固结含砷铁矿石里的含砷气体时,固结产物有砷酸钙;

(2)影响烧结气态产物脱砷的因素有烧结过程中碳含量、氧化钙含量、烧结温度、抽风负压以及氧气的给予量。 氧化钙可以促进固结作用的发生;模拟发现抽风负压对固结的影响并不大,但抽风负压可能破坏含砷烟气固结反应的动力学,试验发现可以抑制砷固结;当氧含
量在500g~2500g时,在氧含量比较低的时候,温度对固结的影响很小,在氧含量高的时候影响较大,会抑制固结作用的发生;氧含量可以促进含砷气体的固结;适当一二年级古诗碳含量可以促进固结作用的发生。

Abstract
