摘要：K2BXO4 (B = Zn, Mg; X = Ge, Ti) compounds with cristobalite structure type were synthesid by a solid-state conventional procedure. Their structures were resolved by the Rietveld method. K2ZnGeO4 exhibits, around 1050 K, a para-ferroelectric pha transition from the F43m cubic form to the pudocubic Pca21 orthorhombic form. This transition was evidenced by means of DTA and HT XRD. The thermal evolution of the electric permittivity was studied. The spontaneous polarisation is calculated.
