I'm one of your customers, I'm writing to make a complaint about your goods.
To begin with, I ordered a notebook computer and a t of English novels on your website two weeks ago, but I didn't receive them until yesterday. Besides, to my disappointment, the computer I received isn't the one I ordered. If you refer to my original order, you will find that I requested a Model 506 computer. However, Model 480 reached me instead, causing me much inconvenience. To make matters wor, the books are far from satisfying, as I found some pages missing. Therefore, I hope you can solve the matter for me. I wonder if you can take back tho you nt out and replace them with a Model 506 computer and a new t of books?
I would appreciate it if you could give due attention to this matter. Looking forward to your reply.

By the following letter of complaint, I’d like to express my disappointment at your poor express rvice yesterday.
In the first place, your irresponsible delivery man placed my parcel at the guard room arbitrarily without contacting me, what if it is stolen? Even wor than that, no sooner had I picked it up than I found a hole on the package, causing my posssions inside to miss. However, your employee refud to make an apology to me and claimed that he was not to blame. It is his annoying attitude that leaves me determined to reflect the incident.
When it comes to the solution, I strongly demand that he should apologize to me and compensate for my loss. Besides, to avoid such things arising again, your employees are suppod to be trained once again.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I’m sorry to write to complain about the exerci bike that I purchad from your online shop ten days ago. It should have reached me last Sunday, but it arrived today. There was one week’s delay in delivering the exerci bike.
After unpacking and trying it out, I was surprid to find the bike didn’t consist with what you advertid. First of all, it is much heavier than described, so it is not convenient for me to lift it upstairs. Even wor than that, its brakes don’t work once in a while. Last but
not least, I find the bike is not stable and is extremely badly made. Therefore, I’m worried that it will break down when I am cycling at full speed.
