CONSTITUTION:The entire circumference of the tip part of the cathode terminal 5 (bent in an L-shape), formed in the prescribed shape, is insulation-treated using the insulating resin and the like consisting of material such as thermotting silicon resin, for example. Subquently, a part of the cathode layer 1a of the element, welded to a cathode terminal 3, is also coated with the insulating resin such as thermotting silicon resin and the like, and the non-insulating material of the cathode terminal is prevented from coming into contact with the cathode layer. Then, a fu is connected to between the non-insulated part of the cathode terminal and the cathode layer 1a on the outer circumference of the element crossing the insulating material 5a located at the tip part of the cathode terminal 5, using a conductivity adhesive agent, soldering and the like. As said conductivity adhesive agent or the solder does not reach the insulating region when the above-mentioned connecting operation is conducted, the length the fu is equalized with the length of the insulating part of the cathode electrode terminal.
