3.CHARACTERISTICS
3.1General requirements
-The foam sheeting shall be free of production defects of any type which would impair the processing and utilization properties or the appearance. PVs 00 to 30 shall be capable of being laminated easily
and, with the exception of PV 25, PV 30, be suitable for high frequency (HF) am welding. It shall fulfil the general requirements of DBL 5306, Section 14.5.
科技手抄报Depending on the processing techniques ud, PVs 43 to 77 shall be capable of being laminated, back injected and back compresd easily.
The film/foam bond shall be firm and durable without problems in accordance with the intended u.
The finished sheeting shall be harmless to health and shall not have any irritating effect on the skin.
No CFCs shall be ud in the processing of the material.

DBL 5353 : August 2002 3.1General requirements (continued)
-The availability of a certificate of testing in accordance with the following method is defined as an over-riding requirement for adherence to the emission values for interior trim materials: DC work instruction for the determination of gaous and condensable emissions with thermodesorption (refer to DC test
instruction PB VWL 709). Test execution: Institut Frenius Angewandte Festkörperanalytik, Hauert 9, D-44227 Dortmund.
In particular in the ca of substances listed in the latest edition of the DFG MAK (industrial threshold
value) list under "Carcinogenic", categories 1 to 3, as well as under "Pregnancy", categories A and B,
and under "Mutagenic", categories 1 to 3, the supplier is required to continuously minimize the concen-tration and emission at least in accordance with the state of the art, even when the values ha
ve fallen below the required DBL threshold values.
The ur is responsible for checking whether the version in his posssion is the latest version. For
enquiries on threshold values, plea apply to Lothar.
3.2Colour and grain
In accordance with relead sample (approved master sample) and order.
3.3Width / Dimensions
In accordance with order (unless otherwi specified - width tolerance + 3 /- 1 mm).
