榴莲的作用 In this paper, we aimed to investigate the effects of stress on mental well-being and their underlying mechanisms. Specifically, we focud on the role of stress-related hormones,如皮质醇(Cushing"s激素)和肾上腺素(Epinephrine), on the functioning of the brain and its impact on mental well-being.
Methods金虫草
This study was conducted on a sample of undergraduate students from a university in China. We ud a mixed-methods approach, including both qualitative and quantitative techniques, to examine the effects of stress on mental well-being.
不平凡的人生 qualitative data was collected through in-depth interviews with stress survivors and non- survivors, and focus group discussions with students. The interviews and focus group discussions were conducted to gather information about the experiences of stress and the
underlying mechanisms that affected mental well-being.
Quantitative data was collected through lf-report survey tools. The survey tools included a stress scale and a mental well-being scale. We compared the scores of stress survivors and non- survivors on the scales to examine the effects of stress on mental well-being.

学习与发展 Our results showed that stress significantly影响了 mental well-being, with stress survivors往往表现为焦虑、抑郁和能力下降(P < 0.05)。 Moreover, we found that stress-related hormones,如皮质醇和肾上腺素, play a critical role in the effects of stress on mental well-being. Specifically, we obrved that stress survivors had higher levels ofCushing"s激素和肾上腺素 than non- survivors, which led to a decline in mental well-being(P < 0.05)。
