一、劳动合同期限Contract Period

二、工作内容Work Contents
第二条乙方同意根据甲方工作需要，担任指定的甲方指定的兼职工作和临时工作。工作地点为：XX市XX区XXXXX路1号。

第五条甲方安排乙方加班的，应安排乙方同等时间补休或依法支付加班工资；加点的，
甲方应付加点工资。
If party A requires party B to do overtime work, Party A should give the equal
time leave in some other time or give overtime payment according to law; if party
B needs to work in extension hours, Party A should pay for the extension hours.
第六条甲方为乙方提供必要的劳动条件和劳动工具，建立健全的生产工艺流程，制定操
作规程、工作规范和劳动安全卫生制度及其标准。
Party A should provide the necessary work conditions and tools, build up
complete production process and make operation regulations, rules and safety
system and standards.

第七条甲方负责对乙方进行政治思想、职业道德、业务技术、劳动安全卫生及有关规章

Party A should arrange to give the necessary training for Party B about political
thoughts, professional morality, operation skills and operation safety and

四、劳动报酬Work payment
第八条乙方应按照甲方的要求完成相应的工作，甲方应根据按劳分配、效率优先、兼顾
公平的原则，按照国家规定和甲方依法制定的工资分配办法等规章制度按月以货
币形式支付乙方的工资，每月7日前公司为员工支付上月工资（遇节假日则顺延）。
甲方支付乙方的试用期工资标准为：元/月，试用期过后为元/月。
工资额度必须对第三者保密，甲乙双方都应严格遵守。
Party B fulfills the work according to the requirements of Party A. Party A should
