INTERNSHIP PLACEMENT AGREEMENT
管理实习生实习协议
This Agreement is made between  XXXXX  (The “Trainee”), Passport No. XXXXXXXX  and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (The “Hotel”), bad on the following terms and conditions:

1Internship Period: The internship period will be from  XXXXXXX 韩国三大悬案 to XXXXXXXXXXX  . T
he Trainee will be attached to the Hotel as management trainee and to assist in the language training for Hotel staff, if deemed necessary.

2Training Allowance: An amount of USD 800.00 gross of tax (Converted to RMB 5000) per month will be paid in arrears during the internship period directly to the Trainee.
培训津贴:税前每月美金800元(兑换相应人民币5000), 将在每月月末直接付给实习生。
3Tax: Tax on the training allowance as assd by the Government of the People’s Republic of China will be the responsibility of the Hotel. Any other tax liabilities as assd by any government within or outside of the People’s Republic of China will be Trainee’s own responsibility.
税:酒店方承担实习生根据中华人民共和国的标准的个人所得税。其他中华人民共和国政
府或其他政府要求的税金由实习生个人承担。
4Public Holiday: The Trainee will be entitled to public holidays as decreed by the Government of the People’s Republic of China.
公共假期:实习生将享有中华人民共和国规定的法定假期。
5Day Off/Working Hours: The Trainee will be entitled to two days off per week. The average working hours is 40 hours per week.
休息/ 工作时间:实习生每周可休息2天,每周平均工作时间为40小时。
6Vacation: The Trainee will be entitled to one working day per full month worked paid holiday after completion of the internship period.
休假:在完成实习期之后,实习生可享有每月一天的有薪年假。
7Accommodation: The Trainee will be provided with twin share accommodation in 装腔作势的意思hotel room during the term of the training
住宿:实习期间,提供酒店双人房住宿。(带卫生间)。
结婚十年精辟感言8Meals: The hotel shall provide all the breakfasts and three dinners every week  (including one non-alcohol drink each time) in Café Uno. Lunches and other dinners will be provided in staff cafeteria.
酒店向培训生提供三餐,早餐和每周三次晚餐,包括无酒精饮料,在西餐厅使用,午餐及其它晚餐在员工餐厅使用。
9Laundry: The hotel will provide free uniform laundry and maximum RMB500 per month for Personal laundry (Sale’s price) at the Hotel laundry.
酒店提供免费的工作服洗涤及每月限额为500元的个人洗衣和干洗服务。
10Insurance: The Hotel will buy accident injury insurance for the Trainee during the internship period and will provide free medical treatment to the trainee in its Clinic for common illness only.
保险:在实习期间,酒店为实习生购买工伤保险,对于普通疾病将在酒店医务室享受免费治疗。
满载而归11Air Passage: The Trainee will be responsible for the costs of all travel expens from his or her home country to Hotel prior to commencement of internship period and from Changsha to his or her home country after the completion of the internship period.
航空机票:在实习开始和结束时,实习生将自行承担从所在国家到酒店的往返差旅费。
12Training Report: The Trainee will be required to submit monthly reports to Hotel Management before the 5th of every month during the internship period.
培训报告:实习生需要在每月1-5号向酒店管理层提交每月实习报告。
13Visa Procedures
签证程序:
Step 1: Prepare Foreigner Employee Permit by yourlf.
    第一步    实习生自己办理外国人就业证。
Step 2: Apply for Vocation Visa Entry at Chine Embassy with both Employee Permit and Visa Notification nt by hotel.
第二步    实习生携带外国人就业证和签证通知前往中国大使馆申请签证。
Step 3When you arrived in China, plea give your original passport and air ticket to hotel HR for applying参加聚会的英文 temporary residence register秦东明 within 24 hours.
第三步    当实习生到达中国境内后的24小时之内,将个人的护照原件及机票交给酒店人力资源部,由人力资源部负责办理临时居留证。
14Employee HandbookThe Trainee is subject to the rules and regulations t out in the Hotel’s Employee Handbook. In the event of any inconsistency between this agreement and the Hotel’s Employee Handbook, the terms of this agreement shall prevail.
员工手册:实习生需按照酒店员工手册的规章制度规范个人行为, 员工手册的相关条款和本协议有任何的矛盾之处,以本协议为主。
15Outing: For curity purpo, when traveling out of Chenzhou City, the trainee should report to his department head and Training Office.
外出: 因为安全需要,实习生如需在郴州以外的地方旅游外出,必须汇报给部门经理和培训部。

16.1The Trainee must undergo the specific medical examination required by the hotel before his departure from his or her home country. A medical report issued by the doctor is required to be faxed to the hotel to confirm the Trainee has met the health criteria needed for the job.
