倾斜试验大纲
(1) 倾斜试验必须在试航前有船东代表,“LR”检验人员参加下进行。 (2) 试验应在平静天气下进行,风力一般不大于浦氏2级,特殊情况下不超过3级. (3) 试验应在静水区进行,四周应有恰当的水空间,船体处于松缆状态. (4) 倾斜试验时船舶应达到基本完备状态,即所有设备,备件,供应品尽可能安装到位,少量
的设备,备件,供应品因特殊原因不能装船的应开列清单后经设计单位同意允许采用代
重,但总代重不应超过空船重量的1%.
(5) 在水,油舱以外的船体内如有水及油也必须清除.
(6) 船上的一切可以摇动或滚动的装置,设备及物件等均应全部加以固定. (7) 倾斜试验时所有舱柜应为空的,若因特殊需要充液者必须充满,所有使用过的液舱机舱

a. 采用移动重量法,移动重量位于主甲板舱口盖上.
b. 重量共100吨,分四堆,每堆25吨,两堆位于#67,两堆位于#122,具体如下图示.,
c. 在#44及#144两侧设前后两个水平软管观察点.水平软管间距12米,另外在#25中线
处设一高度为6米的摆锤以作校对.

e. 试验时移动重量的移动位置应力求准确,仔细堆放.

1. Inclining test shall be conducted in the prence of surveyors from classification society and owner’s reprentative.
2. The test is to be conducted in calm weather. Beaufort wind scale should not be over 2 and not exceed 3 in special condition.
3. The test is to be carried out in calm water with wide space surrounded .all mooring ropes are to be slackened such that the vesl floats freely during the experiment.
4. Vesl should be completely equipped. That means all tho equipment, spare parts and supplies should be located in their position as possible. Some exceptional parts that can not be installed may u replaced weight with approval of designing department and replaced weight should less than 1% of light weigh.
5. All voids place in the vesl except tanks should be dry.
6. All parts may vibrate or roll onboard should be fixed.
7. All tanks onboard are to be 100% full or completely dry, where practicable. All things on board not for lightship are to be removed overboard whenever possible. Sanitary system, firefight system and cooling system should be filled with same quantity liquid as in working statement, all the valve should be shut.
8. Adjust vesl to balance to achieve experiment statement in the scene.
9. Surveyors of ‘LR’ Owner’s reprentative and relative department should check overall after preparation.
10. Record wind-force, wind direction, water condition and the position and weight of operator before the experiment, Draft readings and their locations are to be recorded prior to the start of the experiment.
11. Only operators are onboard when this experiment is engaging, and they should be in fixed location.
