KORROBOND 65 is a two component epoxy bad backing and damping material for stone crushers.

KORROBOND 65 is ud for filling of cavities between upper part of crusher and outer jacket and between supporting cone and inner jacket in cone crushers as well as between upper part of stand and crusher jaws and supporting cone and inner jacket in gyratory crushers, respectively.

TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE
It is recommended to bring KORROBOND 65 to the most suitable working temperature by placing it in a room of about +20ºC for at least 24 hours. At lower temperatures the plastic material will be more viscous and at temperatures above +30ºC the pot life of KORROBOND 65 will be reduced. At temperatures below +5ºC and above +40ºC no casting ought to be carried out.
PREREQUISITES
See respective crusher maker’s instructions for backing with plastic material.
MIXING
KORROBOND 65 is delivered in two components which ratio not be altered. Stir up part A with a suitable tool, for instance a slowly running drilling machine provided with a simple hook, and then mix it thoroughly with part B (curing agent). Part A and part B have different colours in order to obrve complete mixing. Non-obrvance of the ratio of components or bad mixing will cau the compound not to harden in veral parts and the whole work will be spoiled. POT LIFE
Approx. 15 minutes at +20ºC.

with nsitive skin. Therefore avoid contact with skin and u protective ointment. Plastic gloves and protective clothing are recommended. After contact with skin wash immediately with plenty of water and ek medical advice. Ensure good air circulation in the room. Plea consult specific instructions in your country.
