ARTICLE 2: QUALITY

ARTICLE 3: SHIPMENT
3.1 Shipment: as agreed by both parties.
3.2. Transshipment: Not allowed.
3.3 Partial shipment: Not allowed.
3.4 Shipment delivery: 3 - 4 weeks in receipt of deposit and all confirmation of Buyer design and contents for customizable items. (Seller is free from responsibility for the dela
y of shipment caud by any prolongation of the buyer’s confirmation for any design work and contents.)

ARTICLE 5: PACKING AND MARKING
5.1 Packing a): As per Buyer’s Export standard Carton.
5.2 Packing b): As per ller’s Gift box packing.
5.3 Marking : The packing designs and contents to be provided by Buyer.
ARTICLE 6: INSPECTION
Buyer shall plan to nd its engineer for inspection in the Seller factory and also ask for updated software with shipment ready samples, since certain parameters such as FM and Network can only be tested on actual conditions, and be allowed a period of 5 days to give go-ahead for shipment to be made to the forwarding agent.
ARTICLE 7: WARRANTY AND REPAIR SERVICE
7.1 Buyer conducts the after sales rvice by itlf, and Seller provides after-sales training on FOC ba on tele-calls and if necessary, Seller shall support Buyer to handle level 3 and 4 at the cost paid by Buyer under Seller’s quotation.
7.2 Warranty and Non-warranty rvices directly to the customer should be provided by Buyer.
7.3 Seller warrants that the Products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship and shall function according to the applicable technical specifications for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of goods at the port of destination. And the warranty for the batteries and chargers shall be for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of goods at the port of destination.
索十7.4 Besides the total value of the whole Product mentioned in Article 1, Seller does not provide extra Spare Parts for Warranty and Non-warranty rvice free of charge. Buyer shall purcha the spare parts from Seller, Seller will ensure the spare parts supply for 1 year from the first shipment date of the commercial PO.
7.5 Seller shall issue and provide tele-training, 5 pieces of download cables free of charge per model and necessary technical documentations, maintenance guides which are available from Seller, such as: software upgrade, asmble and disasmble guide, maintenance and trouble shooting guide, etc as well as technical bulletin on new software, new functions, new products, and maintenance experiences, and the technical
bulletins contained the latest technical problems and troubleshooting methods by email in a non-periodical way. The document language should be available in English only. The Seller shall also provide necessary tele-training for all of the above mentioned tools.
7.6 Main board (PCBA) repair: If any problem on the PCBA, buyer will nd the PCBA to China, Seller will repair the PCBA free of charge and buyer will pay the freight fee for return. Any problems on PCBA which caud by man (inspected by Seller) need to change material, buyer need to pay for the material and repair fee quoted by ller before any repair.
