摘要：PURPOSE:To lengthen the life of a disk by rotating a gold coated Mo disk in which a pinhole is provided at the number of rotations switable for the chopping frequency of a pyro-detector, scanning the disk in the directions (x) and (y), and converging the lar light passing through the pinhole on the pyro- detector. CONSTITUTION:Lar light 1 is converged on a spot 3 through a condenr lens 2. A pinhole 4 having a 10-mum diameter is provided in the surface of said spot 3. An Mo disk 5 is coated with gold. The disk 5 is moved in the directions of arrows by about 10mum for every one rotation with a shaft 7 as the center with a motor. The spot 3 is scanned with the lar light. The lar light which has pasd through the pinhole 4 is reflected with a parabolic mirror 9 and converged on a pyro-detector 6. The rotation of the disk 5 corresponds to the chopping frequency of the detector 6. The rotation of the disk 5, the moving distance of the shaft 7 and the intensity of the energy detected with the detector 6 are inputted into a computer 8.
