一、概述
BS系列新型环式拌胶机是我公司科研人员以离心式拌胶机为基础，经过多年的实践，而研制成功的最新一代拌（施）胶设备，该设备适合于配套年产0.5万m3到45万m3的人造板生产线。
原有拌胶机普遍存在进料不畅、有扬尘、进胶口易堵塞以及冷却系统密封不可靠等问题。新型环式拌胶机对进料方式进行了改进，在由径向进料改为切向进料的同时还在进料口处设计了隐性螺旋导向片，彻底地解决了进料不畅、进料口有扬尘的现象；进胶口采用压缩空气和输胶泵相结合的喷施胶方式，不仅从根本上解决了进胶口易堵塞、施胶不均、粘胶、烧胶现象，在施胶长度上比老式拌胶机进行了合理的加长，这样就大大地提高了施胶质量和生产率，节约了用胶，降低了产品成本；冷却系统采用夹层筒体、双套管搅拌轴和空心搅拌爪等结构，并采用先进的机械密封型式, 既解决了粘胶、烧胶现象又克服了老式拌胶机普遍存在的漏水问题。在装配上，采用锁紧式轴承安装，维修也非常方便简单。该新型环式拌胶机，投产以来，经多家生产单位使用表明，原有问题均得到有效解决,效果非常良好。该新型环式拌胶机与以往老式拌胶机相比，确有其无比的优越性。所以，该设备一投放市场，就得到了广大用户的好评和广泛的推广。
本产品用于木质刨花板、蔗渣板、水泥刨花板和钎维板等碎料板生产线中对物料进行连续施胶，可分别用于芯层物料和表层物料的施胶、也可用于芯表层物料的混合施胶。
