摘要:以玉米品种 浚单20 为材料,设置了机械损伤组㊁亚洲玉米螟幼虫取食组和模拟取食组3个外源诱导因素,
每个因素内部又设置了不同损伤强度和诱导时间,用高效液相色谱-质谱联用仪系统测定不同处理组玉米叶片丁
布含量变化㊂结果发现诱导因素类型对丁布含量调控起着主导作用,诱导时间和损伤强度从属前者发挥作用㊂同
时发现,对照组玉米叶片中丁布的平均含量为(419.55ʃ30.53)μg ㊃g -
1,仅机械损伤能刺激丁布合成(492.39ʃ53.00)μg ㊃g -1,而亚洲玉米螟取食能显著抑制丁布的合成(439.26ʃ32.76)μg ㊃g -1㊂将幼虫的反吐液涂布在机械损伤口处理后的叶片,能够再现亚洲玉米螟取食对丁布合成的抑制作用(451.39ʃ29.22)μg ㊃g -
1,说明亚洲玉米螟主要是通过反吐液抑制丁布合成的㊂本研究表明,丁布并不是昆虫取食诱导性防卫代谢物㊂

Study on Ostrinia furnacalis larvae inhibit DIMBOA biosynthesis in maize leaves using regurgitant

Abstract :We expod the test material maize (var.Xundan 20)plants to three types of exogenous in-duction hanical damage (punching holes on the leaves),feeding by larvae of Ostrinia
前后赤壁赋原文furnacalis (Guenée),and simulated feeding (larval regurgitant of O.furnacalis applied on punched holes),and designed different levels of damage strength and induction time within each group.After in-duction,the DIMBOA content changes were measured using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS).The results showed that the type of exogenous induction factors played a dominant role in DIMBOA biosynthesis,while induction time and damage strength sub-ordinated to the former.Meanwhile,we found that the mean DIMBOA content in undamaged maize leav-es was (419.55ʃ30.53)μg㊃g -
