摘要：PURPOSE:To make quick analysis after drawing of a sample by providing a casting mold made of a quartz tube having a specific tube diameter to the inside of a slag stopper of a sampler and providing a molten steel inflow port to the side part of the casting mold, thereby constituting the sampler. CONSTITUTION:A slag inflow stopper 6 consisting of a low-carbon steel is inrted into and connect to a paper tube 3. The casting mold 8 made of the quartz tube is provided to the inside of the stopper 6 and the molten steel inflow port 1 is provided to the side part thereof. The casting mold 8 made of the quartz tube is formed to >=8mmphi inside diameter or above. An aluminum wire 7 is dispod in the casting mold 8 in the stage of sampling the deoxidized steel. The molten steel is then sampled from the molten steel inflow port 1 and is conveyed to an analyzer by which the molten steel is analyzed. The defectless characteristic of the pin sample is improved by increasing the inside diameter of the casting mold 8. Since the taking out and cooling of the sampler are made easy, the prepn. of the sample is made quick and the workability is improved.
