EXHIBIT II SCHEDULE OF COMPENSATION
The Bidder Price for the Scope of SERVICES defined in Exhibit I is ALL INCLUSIVE lump sum price USD.
1.0 GENERAL TERMS

1.1. The bidder shall receive remuneration for the satisfactory execution of the work as t out below in

1.2. The rates t out below shall be deemed to include all costs incurred by the bidder in connection with
this bid. Such Rates shall be deemed to cover such items as stipulated in GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, but not limited to, direct costs, the supply of catering and associated unit materials not supplied by DPOC under the terms hereof, replacement equipment, spare parts, together with all other items necessary for the proper execution of the work.
1.3. Rental Charge should be quoted on monthly rate. For periods less than one month, the Rental
Charge shall be calculated with 1/30 of the monthly rate and, fraction of a day shall be considered as one day if greater than 12 hours and neglected if less.赔偿协议书怎么写

1.11 DPOC shall have the right to reject any of the equipment offered by Bidder and Bidder shall replace
