When lecting a lf schedule table display command, a lf schedule table preparation part 21 retrieves a schedule memory 11 from the terminal 42 and the schedule information concerning the ur itlf performing the access is extracted and displayed on the screen of the accesd terminal 42. Next, when specifying one of displayed dates, a schedule confirmation table preparation part 23 prepares a schedule confirmation table more precily showing only the schedule information of this date, and the table is prepared on the screen of the terminal 42. On the other hand, when lecting the other person schedule table display command, another person schedule table preparation part 22 prepares the schedule information concerning the other specified person and displays it on the screen of the accesd terminal.
