首先，我不知道我的中文自我介绍有无应该修改的地方，若觉得哪里不妥，可以提出意见。
可以不逐字逐句的翻译，觉得怎样翻译的更符合英语习惯就怎么翻译
各位老师，早上好，今天能在美丽的XXX大学接受你们的面试，我感到十分荣幸，首先，我先自我介绍一下，我叫XX，今年XX岁，我生在XXX，父亲是东北人，母亲是贵州人，因此，我既有北方人的坦诚，又有南方人的细心。我于2008年7月毕业于XXXX，今天有机会进行自我介绍我深感荣幸，我将尽全力展现自己最好的一面，希望自己今天能表现的非常出色。

我是一个非常执着的人，也是一个持之以恒的人，一旦确定了目标，便可以拼尽全力，克服种种困难，投入到忘乎所以，力求尽善尽美。因为我相信坚持就有结果，辛苦必有收获。到XXX大学进行深

* 父母是哪里的，自己的性格，都放在后面讲
接下来的东西很重要。我看你写了很多，也写得很杂，从性格，到习惯，到家庭，到爱好。我不知道你究竟是面试一个怎样的职位，还是研究生，还是国外某所学校，
还是什么，听众是些什么鸟。所针对的重点是截然不同的。根据你后面的内容，我只能猜测是研究生的面试了，正好现在又是三月中，时间又比较配得上。OK这样的话，你所有后面的内容，应该就围绕这么个主题：我很想来，就为这所学校了；我是最好的人选，舍我其谁；我在艺术上的天赋，嘿嘿，不选是你的损失。每几句话，就要把听众引回到这个主题上来。
I am very diligent person, in studying, working, in the daily life… almost
everything. Although I may not a top smart student, I believe that hard work can
always make up for a lack of intelligence. I was a student majored in Arts, but
I pasd through the CET-4 test in the first year in the university. And at that

I was born in a soldier family. Both my grandparents and my father were

features give me outstanding leadership and organizing abilities. I was in

I am a versatile person and expert at a lot of things. Apart from painting, I am
also a piano player. My father was a compor and he taught me piano for more

like reading, especially the literature an art works. Painting is always my
favorite. I am good at pencil sketching, quick sketch, traditional Chine
painting, traditional delineation and cartoon. All of the come from my hard
practice day after day. Furthermore, as I had 6 months working experience in XX
Company, thus I gained a good skill in 3D animation.

very persistent person. Once I t up my goal, I will absolutely do my best to
achieve it. No matter how big the challenge is and how deep the difficulty is. I
believe that my efforts and sweats will finally let my dream become true.

后面这种套话我写得多了。89不离10吧，应该。
还有几点建议：
1， 演讲绝对不要图高难度词汇。就用简单词汇，用好了，用正确了，就是最好。
2， 一定要背熟练，但说的时候要有抑扬顿挫，有停顿，不留背过的痕迹。
3， 语速一定要慢，切记，不要图快，把每个词说清晰了！我估计听众也不见得个个那么牛X吧，你说快了人家不一定能听懂，另外说快了容易出错。
4， 不要谦虚，人家表扬就要谢谢。不要怕在演讲中吹捧自己。这是绝对必要的。
